Christmas sweets - Saturday 16 December 2023

It is nearly Christmas, so let's get baking! At this special Christmas class we will be learning to make Sicilian cannoli (filled with ricotta), Istrian putizza (yeasted spiral cake), Venetian bussolai (S-shaped biscuits) and another secret sweet. At the end we will be tasting what we make and enjoying a complimentary celebratory glass or two of Prosecco. There will be enough to take home to share with family and friends, so please bring a small container to take some home.

The class is limited to 8 participants and you will be taking turns to help me prepare these delicious Christmas sweets.

The class runs from 1 pm - 4.30 pm (but it could run later).

If there are fewer than 6 participants, the class may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to a week's notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class. You can transfer your spot to a friend at any time.

When purchasing the class you will be asked for a shipping address - just enter a home or work address (I will not use it for anything, it is just how My Big Cartel works).
