My family is from the northeast corner of Italy, where food has distinctly Austrian influences. I learnt to make crostoli and fritole from my mother Livia. The grandchildren always cooed with delight when nonna had prepared a batch of crostoli for a special occasion or frittole that they would eat almost straight from the pan. Learn how to make these delightful northern Italian sweets using my mamma’s recipes.

The class runs from 1 pm to 4 pm. You will enjoy complimentary Italian Prosecco and home made snacks throughout the class AND take home a batch of your very own hand-made crostoli. You will receive one-on-one tuition during the class and there is a maximum of 6 participants.

If there are fewer than 4 participants, classes will not be able to run and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to 72 hours (3 full days) notice, you can obtain a credit to attend a future class. When purchasing this class you will be asked for a shipping address - just enter your home or work address (I won't use it for anything, it is just the way the "big-cartel" product works).
