Learn how to make traditional Italian sweets to share. We will be making mostaccioli, delicious spicy diamond shaped biscotti typically eaten in Puglia, light-as-a-feather crostoli, and lemony taralli from Sicily.
We will be tasting what we make and enjoying a complimentary glass of Prosecco, as well as some home made snacks. You will be taking a batch of what you make home, to share with family and friends.
This is a hands-on class with one-on-one tuition with a maximum of 6 participants.
The class runs from 1 pm - 4 pm.
You will receive a take-home recipe booklet. Remember to bring an apron.
If there are fewer than 4 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to 72 hours (3 full days) notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class.
When purchasing the class you will be asked for a shipping address - just enter a home or work address (I will not use it for anything, it is just how My Big Cartel works).
